Getting Started with Your Treasure Box
We offer a limited number of rush upgrades for time-sensitive projects (like birthdays or holidays). If you need your keepsake sooner than our standard turnaround time, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.
We’ll confirm if rush service is available based on your location and our current production schedule. Additional fees may apply depending on the urgency and product type.
Our Treasure Box service is designed to help you preserve your child’s artwork in a meaningful and memorable way. Once you place your order, we’ll ship a beautifully designed Treasure Box to your home. Inside, you’ll find packing instructions, protective materials, and a pre-paid return label.
You and your child can spend time selecting around 30 of their favorite art pieces to include — from crayon drawings and watercolor paintings to paper crafts. Once packed, simply seal the box, apply the return label, and schedule a pickup.
When we receive your box, our team carefully digitizes up to approximately 30 pieces of artwork per order as part of the standard package. If your submission includes more, we’ll reach out to confirm whether you'd like to include additional pieces, which may incur a small extra charge. After digitization, we work with you to create a custom hardcover artbook, a mosaic photo frame, or both — depending on the keepsake package you selected.

Pricing includes the Treasure Box delivery, return shipping, professional digitization of your child’s artwork, and the production of your chosen keepsake(s). The timeline depends on a few simple steps. Once we receive your completed Treasure Box:
Digitization & design: 7–10 business days
Review & feedback (if applicable): 2–3 business days
Production & delivery: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
On average, you can expect to receive your final keepsake(s) within 3–4 weeks after we receive your box. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when ordering so we can do our best to accommodate it.
We currently offer Treasure Box shipping and returns in Hong Kong. You can enjoy the full Treasure Box experience — including home delivery, pre-paid return shipping, and keepsake production.
For other regions, please reach out to our team. We may be able to offer alternative options using digital scans or future service expansions.
Before You Order
Not at all — you can use one Treasure Box for multiple children’s artworks, as long as everything fits comfortably and is packed with care.
To help us create accurate and personalized keepsakes, we ask that you separate and label each child’s collection clearly inside the box. Sticky notes, paper dividers, or small envelopes work great! You’ll also be able to indicate which child is receiving which keepsake (artbook, mosaic, or both) when placing your order or during the design process.
If you’re ordering multiple sets of keepsakes, we’ll make sure each child’s creations are used only in their individual book or frame.
There’s no strict deadline — we want this to be a relaxed, joyful experience. That said, we do recommend returning your Treasure Box within 2–3 weeks of receiving it, just to keep your project moving along and to ensure your child’s memories are captured while the excitement is still fresh.
If you need more time or life gets in the way (as it often does!), just let us know. We're here to work around you.
Yes! We’re happy to return your child’s original artwork once the digitization process is complete. Simply indicate that you’d like your originals returned during checkout or when completing your order info.
Please note: return shipping for original artwork will include a small additional charge, especially for international addresses or larger packages. We’ll keep everything safe and secure until it’s back in your hands.
Once your order is confirmed, your Treasure Box will typically ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way, so you can keep an eye out for the magic!

While our standard turnaround time is about 3–4 weeks after we receive your box, we do offer limited rush upgrades depending on your location and schedule.

We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your order as long as the Treasure Box has not yet been shipped. Just contact us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.
If your Treasure Box has already been dispatched or returned to us, cancellation may no longer be possible, or may involve a partial refund depending on how far along your project is. Please reach out directly — we’re always happy to help.
Once you place your order, we’ll send a Treasure Box to your home so you can safely pack your child’s artwork. Inside, you’ll find a pre-paid return waybill, which allows you to easily schedule the return of the box at no extra cost.
After we receive your box and complete the digitization and design process, we’ll ship your final keepsake(s) — whether it’s the artbook, mosaic frame, or both — straight to your doorstep.
Your shipping fee (HKD $160) covers all three deliveries:
Sending the Treasure Box to you
Returning the box to us using the pre-paid waybill
Delivering your finished keepsake(s) back to you
There are no hidden fees — just a smooth, worry-free experience from start to finish.
What to Include in Your Box
We primarily focus on children’s physical artwork, such as drawings, paintings, collages, school projects, and paper crafts — anything made by hand and filled with personality! That said, we welcome creative touches like short notes, self-portraits, or even a special piece made by you for your child (or vice versa).
We do recommend that most of the content come from your child’s artistic journey — after all, this is about celebrating their creativity! If you’re unsure whether something fits, feel free to include a note or contact us.
Yes — we love helping you tell the full story! If you’d like to include a few digital family photos or images of your child creating their artwork, we can absolutely include them in your artbook or mosaic layout.
Once your box is submitted, our team will guide you through the design process, and that’s where you’ll be able to upload your photos securely. These personal touches add warmth and context to your keepsake — just let us know what you'd like to include!
How to Organize Your Box
No worries — we’ve got it covered! If your child’s artwork has drawings or paintings on both sides of the same page, we will automatically digitize both sides unless you tell us otherwise.
If one side is more important to you than the other, feel free to place a note on the preferred side saying “Use this side” — or simply let us know during the design stage. We want to make sure the most meaningful parts are captured just the way you’d like.
A little organization goes a long way! While it’s not required, sorting the artwork before sending makes it easier for us to digitize and design your keepsake as beautifully and accurately as possible.
You can group artwork by child (if sending for multiple children), by age, by theme (like holidays or school projects), or simply in the order you want them to appear. We’ll take care of the rest — but a bit of sorting makes everything smoother for everyone.
You’re welcome to include artwork from more than one child in the same Treasure Box! To keep things clear, simply separate each child’s collection using folders, envelopes, or paper dividers, and clearly label them with names and ages.
During the design process, you’ll be able to tell us which child’s artwork should go into which keepsake (book, mosaic, or both). Keeping their creations organized helps us make each keepsake personal and accurate.
The easiest way is to group similar pieces together — for example, by child, age, or project type — and use sticky notes, paperclips, or folders to keep them neat.
If your child created a series of works you’d like featured on the same page, you can even tape or glue them onto a single sheet as a collage. Just label as needed, and we’ll handle the rest with care during the digitization and design process.
Yes — if you prefer to use your own courier or postal service instead of the provided pre-paid return label, you're welcome to do so. However, please note that we do not accept in-person drop-offs at our locations.

Once shipped, we recommend providing us with the tracking number so we can expect your box and confirm its safe arrival.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your box and begin the digitization process, it’s difficult to accept additional pieces for that same order. However, if you realize you’ve forgotten something, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
If your new pieces arrive too late for the current project, don’t worry — we can always save them for a future order or reprint.
You’ll receive email updates at every key stage: when your box is received, when your artwork is digitized, and when your keepsake design is underway. These updates help you stay in the loop throughout the process.
You can also track the major status updates directly in your account on our website. Simply log in and visit the “My Account” section to view your current order progress at any time. And of course, if you ever have questions, our team is just a message away — we’re always happy to help.
Yes! Once your book layout is ready, we’ll send you a digital proof to review before anything goes to print. You’ll have a chance to look through the pages, check the cover, and suggest any changes or corrections.
We want your keepsake to be perfect, so we welcome your feedback during this stage. Once you approve the design, we’ll move forward with printing and shipping your final product.
